Why is GunanQ pricing not a number on this page?
Because it depends on cohort size and how many subjects you run, and publishing a single figure would be wrong for most institutions in both directions. The pilot is free, and you get a real quote after it.
Is the pilot genuinely free?
Yes — one subject, one cohort, one full cycle, up to 100 scripts. We would rather you decide after grading real scripts than after a presentation.
Are programme fees negotiable?
The listed fees are what we charge. Need-based support exists for the research programme and we will tell you honestly whether you qualify. We do not run fake discounts.
Do you offer instalments?
Yes, on the GATE and research programmes. The schedule is agreed on the enrolment call, before any payment.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund within the first two weeks of a programme if it is not what you expected. For products, the pilot means you never pay before you have seen it work on your own scripts.
Is SimRoboX paid?
It will be free for academic research and teaching. Commercial licensing will be handled case by case once it leaves private pilots.
