Teach small cohorts and run weekly one-to-ones with students preparing for GATE. For people who are unusually good at explaining, not just unusually good at the subject.

The work
You will carry six to eight students through a preparation cycle. That means live problem sessions, weekly one-to-ones, reading their error journals, and telling them the truth about where they stand when it would be easier not to.
This is not a lecture-recording role. Content is not the scarce thing; attention is.
What we are looking for
- A strong GATE rank yourself, or equivalent depth in CS fundamentals
- Evidence you can teach — a tutoring history, a TA record, a YouTube channel, anything
- Willingness to say “I do not know, let me work it out” in front of a student
- Reliability. A missed session costs a student a week.
Why people do this
Most of our mentors are working engineers or researchers who teach because they are good at it and it keeps them sharp. The hours are flexible; the commitment to your specific students is not.
Applying
Tell us how you would explain one hard idea — dynamic programming, the pumping lemma, whatever you like — to a student who has understood the definition but cannot solve a problem with it.

you made.
A repo, a report, a deployed thing, a write-up of an experiment that did not work. A CV alone tells us very little, and we would rather judge you on the work.
